Workflow

  1. Position microphone to capture the interview (e.g., laptop mic on conference table, or headset mic during a live call)

  2. Press hotkey to start recording at the beginning of each section

  3. Press hotkey to stop recording at natural breaks (e.g., every 5-10 minutes)

  4. Review transcription in notification or tray menu

  5. Copy each section and compile full transcript in document editor

  6. Repeat for remaining interview sections
